Shipping Policy

Our dispatch dates for our Ready-to-Wear orders are approximately 15 days, and for customized orders is 30 days and Menswear is approximately 30 days. The date of dispatch for any order(s) combined and/or products ordered at the same time will vary. Owing to the disruption of regular scheduled activities in India, minor discrepancies in delivery time may occur, despite our sincere efforts to deliver on time.

Domestic Orders:

  • We do not levy any delivery charges/ fees on orders delivered within India.
  • While we do service many pin codes in India via our 3rd party delivery partners, there may be certain pin codes that are out of our service area.
  • The Standard Delivery for within India is 12-15 business days.

International Orders:

  • Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.
  • Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
  • The Standard Delivery for international orders is 25-30 business days.
  • While we service worldwide, there may be countries or regions that are under restrictions or political sanctions.

TRACKING

TAXES & DUTIES

  • For Indian Customers product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
  • For International Customers, most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in and payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. MODES OF PAYMENT

  • Your order will be confirmed once your payment is completed.
  • We accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI, mobile wallets and CRED.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is available at the moment for Domestic orders only.
  • For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, etc.).

*Orders are packed and shipped between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In case any order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday, the same will be processed and shipped in the next business day(s). Please note that business days may refer to, and exclude, notified holidays, public holidays and/or bank holidays.
